When I was looking for land for farming I saw a sign with Toms name on it and called him.  Even though he was representing the seller he treated me with care and respect.  The seller resides in New Zealand and when a problem arose Tom handled it as quick as possible.  The land I bought for farming and Tom knew everything about farming and he is very knowledgeable.  I will recommend Tom to all my friends and hope I can do business with him again myself as well.  I feel so lucky to have an agent like Tom.
